Terms of Service
1. What Trailyo does
Trailyo helps people discover publicly listed events, partner experiences and user-created groups. Trailyo is not the event organiser, ticket seller or travel agency. Always check event dates, capacity, accessibility, cancellation terms and prices with the organiser or booking partner before travelling or paying.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Accounts and social features are intended for people aged 16 or over. Provide a valid email, protect your credentials, and never impersonate another person. You may browse listings without registering. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit access for abuse, security or legal reasons.
3. User-generated content
Only publish content you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your original contributions and grant Trailyo a non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt for technical formats, translate and moderate them solely to operate the service. Do not upload copyrighted works without permission; attribution alone is not proof of licence. You may request removal or account deletion.
4. Group conduct and moderation
Follow the Community Rules. No harassment, stalking, hate speech, discrimination, threats, sexual exploitation, scams, unlawful transactions, dangerous content or sharing of personal information without consent. Report abusive messages and block users in the app. Trailyo may hide/remove content, restrict accounts, retain abuse reports as legally necessary and cooperate with lawful requests. You can appeal moderation decisions through support.
5. Events, groups and real-world meetings
Meet others safely and voluntarily. Arrange first meetings in public places, do not share private addresses or financial details, and check local rules. Trailyo does not verify every user or guarantee safety, attendance, transport, medical suitability, organiser performance or insurance.
6. Partner links and payments
Viator, Musement and other partner offers may carry affiliate links generating a commission for Trailyo. External bookings, refund terms, taxes and payment processing are controlled by the partner. We do not invent availability or ticket dates. A partner's product description may be machine-translated; the partner's official terms prevail if there is any discrepancy.
7. Content accuracy and limits
Listings may change, contain errors, be cancelled or become unavailable. Verify essential facts with the original source. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
8. Account termination and changes
You may leave groups, sign out, and request deletion of your account and associated content. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website. Portuguese law applies insofar as mandatory rules allow. Questions: support@mynw.app.

Аккаунт и общение — с 16 лет. Указывайте корректный email, не выдавайте себя за других, берегите пароль. Афишу можно просматривать без регистрации. За действия под аккаунтом отвечает его владелец.
3. Публикации
Размещайте только материалы, которыми вправе пользоваться. Автор сохраняет права и разрешает Trailyo хранить, показывать, технически адаптировать, переводить и модерировать материалы для работы сервиса. Ссылка на автора сама по себе не даёт права использовать защищённую работу.
4. Чаты и группы
Запрещены травля, угрозы, преследование, дискриминация, сексуальная эксплуатация, мошенничество, спам, незаконные товары и распространение чужих персональных данных. Полные правила. Доступны жалобы и блокировки; администрация может ограничить пользователя или удалить публикации. Решение можно оспорить через поддержку.
5. Личные встречи
Пользователь самостоятельно оценивает риски встреч, транспорта и мероприятий. Рекомендуются публичные места; не передавайте незнакомым людям личные адреса, документы и деньги.
6. Партнёры
Переходы к Viator, Musement и другим партнёрам могут приносить Trailyo комиссию. Оплата, билеты, возврат и доступность регулируются партнёром. Автоматический перевод не заменяет официальные условия бронирования.
7. Ограничения и изменения
Описание и даты могут изменяться, события могут отменяться. Законные права потребителей сохраняются. Применяется право Португалии в пределах обязательных норм. Можно подать запрос на удаление аккаунта.

1. O serviço
Trailyo apresenta eventos, experiências de parceiros e grupos. Não é o organizador nem o vendedor de bilhetes. Confirme datas, disponibilidade, preços, acessibilidade e reembolsos junto do organizador.
2. Idade e conta
As contas e funções sociais destinam-se a maiores de 16 anos. Utilize um email válido, proteja as credenciais e não se faça passar por terceiros. É possível explorar eventos sem conta.
3. Conteúdos
Publique apenas materiais que tem direito a partilhar. Mantém os seus direitos de autor e concede licença não exclusiva ao Trailyo para alojar, mostrar, adaptar tecnicamente, traduzir e moderar conteúdos necessários ao serviço. A mera atribuição não substitui a autorização dos titulares.
4. Regras de grupos
São proibidos assédio, ameaças, perseguição, ódio, discriminação, exploração sexual, burlas, spam e divulgação de dados pessoais sem autorização. Consulte as regras completas. Pode denunciar e bloquear utilizadores; poderemos remover conteúdos e restringir contas. É possível recorrer através do apoio.
5. Encontros presenciais
Avalie os riscos e privilegie locais públicos; não partilhe moradas, documentos ou dados financeiros com desconhecidos. Trailyo não garante segurança, transporte ou qualidade de terceiros.
6. Parceiros
Viator, Musement e outros podem pagar comissão por links de afiliado. Reservas, pagamentos, reembolsos e disponibilidade ficam a cargo do parceiro. Traduções automáticas não substituem os termos oficiais.
7. Alterações
Os anúncios podem mudar ou ser cancelados. Mantêm-se os direitos legais dos consumidores. Aplica-se a lei portuguesa nos limites das disposições imperativas. Pode solicitar a eliminação da conta.
