Delete your Trailyo account
Request in the app
Open Profile → Account → Request account deletion. Confirm the request while signed in. The request is recorded securely for review; confirmation of the request is not confirmation that deletion has completed.
Request from this website
Send an email from your Trailyo account email address to support@mynw.app with subject Trailyo Account Deletion. Include only the account email and your request; do not send passwords, codes or ID documents. We may ask for additional secure verification before processing.
What will be deleted?
Following verification and processing, the account, profile, memberships, saved events, messages, user-created posts, comments, media, invitations and other personal data will be removed or de-identified, subject to legal requirements. User-created groups and event postings may need coordinated removal to avoid revealing identities. Some security or legal records may be retained only where required by law. Copies held by external organisers or other users must be requested from them separately.
Process and timeline
The service currently processes deletion requests manually. We will acknowledge and respond to requests in line with applicable law, ordinarily within one month under GDPR, with notice if a lawful extension is necessary. We do not claim that pressing the button immediately removes the account. You may also request a copy of your data before deletion.

Какие данные удаляются
После обработки: профиль, участия в группах, сохранённые события, переписка, комментарии, загруженные фотографии и другие связанные данные, за исключением записей, которые обязательно сохранять по закону. Копии у сторонних организаторов и пользователей удаляются отдельно у соответствующих сторон.
Срок
Сейчас запросы обрабатываются вручную. По GDPR обычно ответ предоставляется в течение месяца; при законном продлении сообщаем отдельно. Нажатие кнопки не означает немедленное удаление. Перед удалением можно запросить копию данных.

Envie um email a partir do endereço registado para support@mynw.app, assunto Trailyo Account Deletion. Indique apenas o email da conta e o pedido. Não envie palavras-passe nem códigos; poderemos verificar a identidade por via segura.
Que dados serão eliminados?
Após confirmação e processamento, eliminamos ou desidentificamos o perfil, associações a grupos, favoritos, mensagens, comentários, fotografias e restantes dados associados, salvo retenções legalmente obrigatórias. Cópias mantidas por terceiros devem ser solicitadas a esses terceiros.
Prazos
Atualmente, os pedidos são tratados manualmente. Respondemos de acordo com a lei aplicável, geralmente dentro de um mês nos termos do RGPD, comunicando eventual prorrogação legal. O botão não elimina os dados imediatamente.
