Be respectful
No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, targeted insults or discrimination based on protected characteristics. Do not post hate symbols, extremist recruitment, violent threats or encouragement to self-harm.
Protect privacy
Do not expose or solicit another person's phone number, address, identity documents, medical details, private messages or location without permission. Never share passwords, bank details or one-time login codes. Do not photograph or record others without consent where required.
Keep content appropriate
No pornography, sexual exploitation, unsolicited sexual invitations, grooming, child sexual exploitation, illicit drug sales, illegal goods, graphic violence, scams, impersonation, advertising spam or links designed to deceive. Do not arrange dangerous or illegal activities. Respect copyright and event-venue rules.
Safe communication and events
Chats are not emergency services. Do not pressure users to move to private channels or meet offline. Arrange first meetings in public places, inform someone you trust, and leave if you feel unsafe. Event listings are informational: verify dates and ticket details directly with organisers.
Reporting and blocking
Use the Report action for an event, post or message; include a short explanation. Use Block to hide content from a specific participant. For urgent threats contact local emergency services (112 in Portugal), not just Trailyo. You may also email support@mynw.app with a non-sensitive description and relevant event or group link. Never send identity documents unless support specifically requests secure verification.
How moderation works
Automated and human checks may flag and remove content, temporarily restrict communication, suspend or delete accounts, and escalate serious abuse. Repeat violations receive stronger measures. Reported content can be retained where legally justified. To appeal a moderation decision, contact support with the reference and explanation.
For creators and admins
Group owners must enforce these rules fairly, avoid discriminatory membership practices, identify sponsored posts, and remove harmful or misleading information. Moderation decisions are not guaranteed to be immediate.

Персональные данные
Не публикуйте чужие адреса, телефоны, документы, медицинские данные, личную переписку и геолокацию без разрешения. Не сообщайте коды входа, пароли, реквизиты и финансовые сведения.
Недопустимый контент
Запрещены порнография, эксплуатация детей, сексуальные домогательства, незаконные продажи, наркотики, мошенничество, фальшивые профили, спам, экстремизм, графическое насилие и чужие материалы без прав на публикацию.
Безопасные встречи
Не принуждайте людей к встречам и общению вне приложения. Первые встречи проводите в общественных местах, предупреждайте близких, проверяйте информацию у организатора. В опасности звоните 112 (Португалия).
Жалобы и блокировки
Нажмите «Пожаловаться» на сообщении или событии, укажите причину, при необходимости заблокируйте пользователя. Срочные инциденты: support@mynw.app. Не присылайте пароли и документы.
Модерация
Автоматическая и ручная проверка может скрывать публикации, ограничивать сообщения и аккаунты. Повторные нарушения ведут к усилению мер. Оспорить решение можно через поддержку.

Respeito
Proibidos assédio, intimidação, ameaças, perseguição, discriminação, discurso de ódio, extremismo e incitamento à violência ou automutilação.
Privacidade
Não partilhe moradas, telefones, documentos, dados de saúde, mensagens privadas ou localização de terceiros sem consentimento. Nunca partilhe passwords, códigos de acesso ou dados bancários.
Conteúdos proibidos
Proibidos pornografia, exploração sexual de menores, solicitações sexuais indesejadas, venda ilícita, drogas, fraude, perfis falsos, spam, violência gráfica e conteúdos com direitos de autor sem autorização.
Encontros
Não pressione outros utilizadores a encontrar-se. Prefira locais públicos, informe uma pessoa de confiança e verifique sempre o programa junto do organizador. Em emergência ligue 112.
Denúncia e bloqueio
Utilize «Denunciar» para mensagens ou eventos, indicando o motivo, e «Bloquear» para deixar de ver os conteúdos da pessoa. Contacto: support@mynw.app.
Moderação
Podemos ocultar publicações, restringir comunicações, suspender contas e analisar reincidências. É possível recorrer da decisão por email. A resposta não é necessariamente imediata.
