1. Discover events

Open Explore, select a city below the Trailyo title, then choose a topic and date. Scroll to browse event posters. Tap an event to read its full description, dates, location map, and ticket/source links. The small calendar badge shows the numeric day and month. If an event has several sessions, choose the correct date on the event page.

2. Partner experiences

Viator and other labelled partner cards open their own details page first. Depending on partner data, title and description are translated. Prices and booking dates must be verified on the partner website; Trailyo cannot confirm live availability.

3. Account and sign-in

You can browse without signing in. To chat, comment, save or join groups, sign in using an email code, email/password, or a configured social provider. Google and Apple availability depends on platform and provider configuration. Confirm your email if requested. Reset the password using «Forgot password» and follow the email link. Never disclose one-time codes.

4. Groups and discussions

Join public groups for common interests. Participants can post and comment. On ordinary events you can choose «Going» to access the corresponding participants group. Report inappropriate material, block abusive accounts, and follow the safety rules.

5. Preferences and privacy

Use Profile to change language, home city, interests and discoverability. For deletion open Profile → Account → Request account deletion, or use the web request. Read Privacy.

6. Troubleshooting

If content is missing, check internet access, city/date filters and reload. To report incorrect dates, include the event title and its source link. For account issues check email confirmation and authorised OAuth redirects. Contact support.

1. Афиша

В разделе «Афиша» выберите город, категорию и день. Нажмите на событие, чтобы открыть описание, доступные даты, карту, источник и билеты. На маленькой карточке отображаются день и месяц. Если сеансов несколько, нужную дату выбирайте внутри события.

2. Партнёры

Карточка Viator сначала открывает описание внутри Trailyo, а затем позволяет перейти на сайт партнёра. Доступность, цена и возвраты уточняются у партнёра. Перевод может быть автоматическим.

3. Вход

Просмотр без аккаунта доступен. Для чатов, сохранения и групп нужен вход по email-коду, email/паролю или подключённому Google/Apple ID. При необходимости подтвердите email. Пароль восстанавливается через письмо.

4. Группы и общение

Вступайте в открытые группы, обсуждайте, публикуйте фотографии. Отметка «Пойду» может открыть группу участников конкретного события. Используйте жалобы и блокировки при нарушениях.

5. Настройки

В профиле меняются язык, город, интересы и видимость. Удаление аккаунта: Профиль → Аккаунт → Запрос на удаление или через сайт.

6. Поддержка

Проверьте интернет и фильтры, обновите страницу. Для неверной даты пришлите название и источник. Связаться с поддержкой.

1. Explorar

No ecrã Explorar, escolha a cidade, categoria e data. Toque no evento para ler descrição, datas, mapa, fonte e bilhetes. O cartão pequeno mostra dia e mês. Se houver várias sessões, escolha a data na página do evento.

2. Parceiros

As ofertas Viator abrem primeiro os detalhes dentro do Trailyo e depois o site do parceiro. Confirme preços, disponibilidade e reembolsos diretamente no parceiro. Algumas traduções são automáticas.

3. Conta

É possível explorar sem conta. Para chats, favoritos e grupos, entre com código por email, email/palavra-passe ou um Google/Apple ID configurado. Confirme o email se solicitado. A recuperação de password é enviada por email.

4. Grupos

Participe em grupos públicos, publique e comente. A confirmação de presença pode abrir o grupo de participantes de um evento. Utilize as funções de denúncia e bloqueio.

5. Definições

No Perfil altere idioma, cidade, interesses e visibilidade. Eliminação: Perfil → Conta → Pedir eliminação, ou pelo site.

6. Ajuda

Verifique a Internet e os filtros, atualize os eventos. Para datas incorretas, envie o nome e a fonte. Apoio.
