NowWhatPrivacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how NowWhat handles information when you use the Android app, this website, account features, AI document analysis, voice transcription, reminders, calendar actions and support.
2. Information you provide
- Account information: email address and authentication information used to create or sign in to an account.
- Documents and content: images, screenshots, PDF files, text, notes, audio recordings and questions that you choose to process.
- Support communications: messages and contact details you send when contacting support or providing feedback.
3. Information processed to provide features
Depending on the feature, NowWhat may process document text, images, audio, dates, calendar information, reminder details and other content required to provide the requested function. The app may request access to the camera, microphone, notifications and calendar only for features that need those permissions.
4. Why we use information
- Provide authentication and account features.
- Analyze documents and answer questions you request.
- Transcribe audio you choose to record.
- Create and manage reminders, notes and calendar actions you request.
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
- Respond to support requests and feedback.
5. Service providers
NowWhat uses service providers to operate the app. These may include Supabase for authentication and backend services, OpenAI API for requested AI processing and transcription, Google for authentication and Android/Google Play services, and Resend for service and support email delivery. Information is shared with these providers only as needed for the relevant feature and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
6. Local and server-side data
Some app information may remain on your device, while account or service-related information may be stored in backend systems where required to provide account-based features. The exact handling depends on the feature being used. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
7. AI-generated results
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify consequential information — including deadlines, medical or legal information, payment details, amounts and account information — against the original source before acting on it.
8. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, handle support, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. When an account deletion request is completed, account-associated data is deleted unless specific information must be retained for legitimate legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

10. Children
NowWhat is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not designed for children.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where applicable, providers use legal mechanisms intended to support lawful international data transfers.
13. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact support@mynw.app.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
