Need to delete your account?
You can start the request from this page even if you no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email support@mynw.app from the email associated with your account.
Use the subject Delete my NowWhat account.
Include the email address used for your NowWhat account.
We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

When a valid request is completed, we delete the NowWhat account and associated server-side user data linked to that account, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons.

Data stored on your device

Some notes, files or settings may exist locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may be necessary to remove device-local copies after account deletion.

Subscriptions

If NowWhat offers a paid Google Play subscription in the future, deleting your NowWhat account may not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play before or alongside your deletion request.
