Delete your account and associated data
You can delete your account inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, use the external process below.
How to request deletion
- Email support@mynw.app from the email associated with your account.
- Use the subject “Delete my NowWhat account”.
- Include the email address used for your NowWhat account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
After a valid request is completed, the NowWhat account and associated server-side user data are deleted, including synced library files and the encrypted Important Documents backup.
Data stored on your device
Some notes, protected files or settings may exist locally on the device.
Subscriptions
If NowWhat offers a paid Google Play subscription, deleting your NowWhat account may not automatically cancel it.
